DIY Snowman Ornaments

Why not follow these steps to make a snowman ornament out of an empty plastic cup?

1. Turn it upside down and paint the outside of the cup white and add details such as buttons, eyes, and a nose.
2. Add some glitter to make it sparkle!
3. Poke a hole out of the base and attach string to hang the ornament.
4. Hang the ornament on your Christmas tree.

DIY Gingerbread House Ornament

If you love gingerbread, then you’ll love making these cute gingerbread house ornaments.

1. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix molasses, brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until well mixed.
4. Roll ingredients out on a floured surface and use a cookie cutter to shape your gingerbread ornaments, remember to add a hole at the top to allow the hanging string to be added later.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
6. Once cooled, decorate your gingerbread with icing and hang pretty string through the top hole.
7. Allow the icing to dry completely before hanging the ornament on your Christmas Tree.
